These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TeamSport website, platform, marketplace, applications, profile pages, listings, review tools, promotional placements and related online services.

By accessing or using TeamSport, creating an account, submitting a gym, trainer or specialist profile, publishing content, purchasing a paid placement, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms:

TeamSport is an online discovery, directory and marketplace platform for gyms, personal trainers, fitness specialists and related sports and wellness services.

TeamSport is not a gym, fitness trainer, healthcare provider, medical institution, employer, agent, representative, broker or party to contracts concluded directly between Users and Service Providers, unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

TeamSport may provide search, listing, review, ranking, profile, advertising, promotional and lead-generation tools. TeamSport does not itself provide fitness, training, rehabilitation, nutrition, medical or health services.

You may use the Platform only if you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms under applicable law.

If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. TeamSport may restrict account creation, paid services, review submission or communication tools for minors.

Service Providers must be legally entitled to provide the services they advertise and must comply with all applicable registration, tax, licensing, professional, safety and consumer protection requirements.

To access some Platform features, you may need to create an account or submit a profile request.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must immediately notify TeamSport if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

The Platform may include, without limitation:

TeamSport may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time, provided that this does not affect already paid services in a manner contrary to applicable mandatory law.

Service Providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of all information displayed in their profiles, including names, addresses, photos, contacts, prices, qualifications, certifications, schedules, descriptions and offers.

Service Providers must not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, certificates, experience, prices, location, availability or services.

TeamSport may review, reject, edit formatting, hide or remove profile content that appears inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, offensive or inconsistent with these Terms.

Users remain owners of the Content they submit, subject to rights held by third parties.

By submitting Content to the Platform, you grant TeamSport a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, translate, adapt for formatting, promote and distribute such Content for the purpose of operating, improving and marketing the Platform.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and consents required to submit the Content, including rights to photos, logos, trademarks, personal data and images of individuals shown in the Content.

You must not submit Content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, personal data protection rules, consumer protection rules or any other applicable law.

Reviews must be based on genuine experience and must be honest, relevant and respectful.

Users must not submit fake reviews, paid reviews not clearly disclosed as such, competitor attacks, defamatory statements, hate speech, harassment, personal data of third parties, medical claims, or unlawful content.

TeamSport may moderate, reject, hide or remove reviews where there is a reasonable basis to believe they are false, abusive, unlawful, irrelevant, manipulated or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

TeamSport does not guarantee that reviews are complete, accurate or representative of all user experiences.

You must not:

TeamSport may offer Paid Services such as premium profiles, featured placement, banners, advertising, articles, interviews, social media promotion, analytics or lead-generation tools.

The exact scope, price, duration, renewal rules and limitations of each Paid Service will be shown before purchase or described in a separate order, invoice, offer, pricing page or agreement.

Paid promotional services may be time-limited, inventory-limited, location-specific, category-specific or subject to editorial approval.

TeamSport does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, leads, customers, sales, ranking positions or business results unless expressly agreed in writing.

If recurring billing is introduced, the renewal period, cancellation method and payment conditions must be clearly displayed before purchase.

Where the User qualifies as a consumer and purchases Paid Services remotely, mandatory consumer protection rules may apply, including pre-contractual information duties and withdrawal rights under applicable Serbian law.

For digital services, advertising, featured placement or other services that begin immediately after the consumer’s express request and confirmation, the right of withdrawal may be limited or lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Detailed cancellation and refund rules are provided in the Refund Policy or in the specific order terms shown before payment.

Prices may be shown in EUR, RSD or another currency indicated on the Platform. The final payable amount, taxes and payment conditions must be displayed before payment where applicable.

Service Providers are responsible for their own tax, accounting, registration and invoicing obligations arising from their business activities and services provided to Users.

TeamSport may issue invoices or fiscal documents where required by applicable law and according to the selected payment model.

The Platform, including software, design, database structure, UI, UX, logos, trademarks, graphics, texts, rankings, layouts and other proprietary elements, is owned by TeamSport or its licensors.

No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Platform without prior written permission.

Information available on the Platform is for general informational and discovery purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation advice or professional healthcare advice.

Fitness, sports, nutrition, wellness and rehabilitation activities may involve risks. Users should assess their own physical condition and consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting any physical activity, diet, supplement plan or rehabilitation program.

TeamSport is not responsible for injuries, health consequences, damages or losses arising from services provided by Service Providers or from Users’ participation in any physical activity.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, social networks, booking tools, maps, payment providers or Service Provider websites.

TeamSport does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, availability, security or transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamSport shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of reputation, loss of clients, business interruption, injuries, or damages caused by third parties or Service Providers.

TeamSport does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, secure or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

TeamSport may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform, hide or remove Content, or disable accounts where it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, violated applicable law, harmed other users, manipulated the Platform, failed to pay due amounts, or created legal, security or reputational risk for TeamSport.

Users may stop using the Platform at any time. Account deletion may be requested according to the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection rules.

Processing of personal data is governed by the TeamSport Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed for account management, profile display, communication, analytics, security, payments, marketing where permitted, and compliance with legal obligations.

Where required, TeamSport will request separate consent for optional processing activities, such as marketing cookies or direct marketing.

TeamSport may amend these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be published on the Platform or otherwise communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes means acceptance of the updated Terms, unless mandatory law requires a different method of consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to consumers.

The parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably through written communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in the Republic of Serbia shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

These Terms may be made available in multiple languages. In case of discrepancy between versions, the Serbian version shall prevail, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
